Augusta Technology USA was founded as Alliantek Incorporated, with funding from leading venture capital companies, in January 2006. Alliantek was officially renamed Augusta Technology USA on January 2007. The Company has over 300 years experience in the development of leading edge cellular phone design, wireless communications and multimedia processing. Management has led the successful delivery from concept to production of cell phone related projects within industry leading communications companies.

Product development is distributed over multiple locations in the U.S. and China. Customer support is located near the heart of the cellular phone manufacturing centers of Shanghai and Shenzhen.
